1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of the websites operated by Foundry Digital LLC ("Foundry") (the "Foundry Sites" or the "Sites"), as well as any services provided through them (collectively, the "Agreement"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by the version of these Terms in effect at the time of your use. Material changes will be posted on the Sites with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Your continued use of the Sites constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any other agreements you may have with Foundry or its affiliates.
2. Changes to the Sites
Foundry may modify or update the Sites, correct errors, suspend access, or discontinue services at any time, without notice. Foundry is not liable for any such modifications or interruptions.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, DATA, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS. FOUNDRY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE, OR TRADE PRACTICE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NO INFORMATION, DATA, OR MATERIALS PRESENTED ON THE SITES — INCLUDING PRICING, PERFORMANCE METRICS, MARKET DATA, ANALYTICS, RESEARCH, OR ANY OTHER CONTENT — MAY BE RELIED UPON FOR ANY FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, BUSINESS, OR LEGAL DECISION. ALL SUCH INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FOR GENERAL INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, OUT OF DATE, OR SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
FOUNDRY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES OR ANY CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK RELATED TO THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITES AND ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIALS ACCESSED THROUGH THEM.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foundry and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Sites or any content or services provided through them.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:
- Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in data, or transaction information
- System failures, outages, or interruptions
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any decision made in reliance on information displayed on the Sites
- Force majeure events, including network outages or blockchain protocol changes
In no event shall Foundry have any liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Sites. Foundry expressly disclaims all liability to you, regardless of the nature of the claim, the theory of liability asserted, or whether Foundry has been advised of the possibility of such claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, Foundry's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Proprietary Rights
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use content or trademarks without permission.
Mining pool logos and trademarks shown in the explorer are property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes.
6. Links to Third-Party Sites
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement. Foundry is not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites.
7. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

8. Indemnity and Release
You agree to indemnify and hold Foundry harmless from claims and losses arising from your use of the Sites. California residents waive California Civil Code Section 1542.
9. Choice of Law and Dispute Resolution
The Agreement is governed by New York law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in New York. Claims must be filed within one year.
10. Acceptable Use
10.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use the Sites solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial informational purposes consistent with these Terms. Any other use requires Foundry's prior written consent.
10.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to, directly or indirectly:
(a) Data Collection & Automated Access. Scrape, crawl, spider, index, or otherwise extract data from the Sites by automated means; use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access the Sites at a volume or frequency that exceeds reasonable personal use or that places undue burden on Foundry's infrastructure; or reproduce or redistribute Site data or mempool information in bulk without prior written authorization from Foundry.
(b) System Integrity. Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Sites or any related system or network; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Sites; or introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful components.
(c) Unauthorized Access. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Sites, other user accounts, or Foundry's systems or networks.
(d) Unlawful Use. Use the Sites in connection with any activity that violates applicable law, including without limitation applicable sanctions regimes, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, the Bank Secrecy Act, or any regulations administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
(e) Misuse of Data. Use data or content obtained from the Sites in any manner that is false, misleading, or deceptive; or in connection with any product or service that competes with the Sites without Foundry's prior written consent.
10.3 API Access
If Foundry makes an application programming interface (API) available in connection with the Sites, your use of such API is subject to additional rate limits, authentication requirements, and terms as Foundry may publish from time to time. Foundry reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate API access at any time without notice.
10.4 Consequences of Violation
Foundry reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Sites, pursue available legal remedies, and seek injunctive or other equitable relief, without limiting any other rights or remedies available to Foundry under these Terms or applicable law.
